2. What data we process

• Basic and identification data: full name, citizenship, details from an ID card or passport.
• Contact data: address, phone number, e-mail address.
• Data about the company you represent or are setting up.
• Contract and financial data: contracts, invoices, payments.
• Data about your use of our services and premises.
• The content of your communication with us, whatever the channel.
• Technical data about site visits (e.g. device and browser type, pages visited).

3. Where the data comes from

Mostly from you. Sometimes from a person who represents or refers you, and from public registers when we check company details.

4. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering an enquiry and preparing an offer — steps before a contract, at your request.
• Concluding and performing the contract and providing our services — performance of a contract.
• Meeting legal obligations (accounting, tax, client identification and other obligations imposed on us by law) — legal obligation.
• Security, improving the site and our services, protecting our rights and legal claims — legitimate interest.
• Measuring site visits and advertising performance and showing tailored ads, using cookies — consent.
• Where we ask for your consent for something specific — consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.

5. Do you have to provide the data

For an enquiry a name and a contact are enough. Data needed for the contract or for a legal obligation is a condition of the service; without it we cannot provide the service.

6. Who else may see the data

• Providers of IT and communication services who process data on our behalf, on our instructions and under confidentiality (e.g. hosting, backups, e-mail, client communication, site analytics).
• Professional advisers (e.g. accounting and legal), under confidentiality.
• Public authorities and other recipients where the law requires it.

We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for their marketing.

7. Transfers abroad

We process data mainly in Serbia and the European Union. Some service providers may also process it in other countries; such transfers are made in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, with appropriate safeguards.

8. How long we keep the data

As long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods set by law, at most 10 years. Data from enquiries that did not lead to a contract is kept for up to 2 years. After that the data is deleted or permanently anonymised.

9. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: only authorised staff who need the data for their work have access, data is kept in protected systems and backups are encrypted.

10. Your rights

• the right to information and to access your data and receive a copy,
• the right to rectification and completion,
• the right to erasure, except where the law obliges us to keep the data,
• the right to restriction of processing,
• the right to data portability,
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• the right to withdraw consent.
